Bonnie Gallup
has worked with corporate leaders and teams for over 20 years. She established
her own consulting firm, Bonnie Gallup & Associates in 1981. Working in a
variety of industries from banking to hi tech, she partners with leaders to improve
their effectiveness and job satisfaction. She has coached Managers, Directors,
Vice Presidents and CEOs, located in the United States, Europe and Japan, in all
aspects of their leadership effectiveness. Some of her most recent projects
include: - The successful design and implementation of a major corporate
values initiative for a mid-sized semi-conductor firm
- Launching
of a Leadership Coaching Program for a leading hi-tech firm
- A
2 year project where she was the sole designated leadership coach for the Executive
Staff (15 Vice Presidents ), their direct reports (20 Directors) of a 30 year
old laser development firm in Silicon Valley.
Bonnie has a BS in
Education, an MA in Educational Technology and Master's level training in Neurolinguistics.
Dedicated to lifelong learning, she keeps on the leading edge of Coaching, Leadership,
Business, Organizational Development and Learning by attending conferences and
workshops so she can have access to the current thought leaders in each area.
Bonnie also has a performance coach who keeps her focused on her own business
